DARUM Labs does not process payments or handle refunds.

DARUM Labs is a product studio operated by DARUM GROUP LLC. We design and build AI-enabled systems but do not directly manage commercial transactions.

Payment Processing

All payments, subscriptions, and billing are handled by:

• Individual product entities (e.g., BoostExec AI, Gughy.io)
• Third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe)
• DARUM GROUP LLC (for enterprise arrangements)

Refund Requests

For refund inquiries, contact the payment processor or product provider directly:

• BoostExec AI: Visit boostexec.ai or contact support through the platform
• Gughy.io: Visit gughy.io or contact support through the platform
• DARUM GROUP LLC: support@darumgroup.com

Each product has its own refund policy, billing terms, and dispute resolution process. DARUM Labs does not process, approve, or deny refund requests.

Billing Disputes

If you have questions about charges or billing:

1. Contact the product provider directly
2. Review your invoice and payment confirmation
3. Contact the payment processor (e.g., Stripe) if the issue is not resolved

No Refunds at DARUM Labs Level

DARUM Labs systems are provided as-is. No refunds are issued at the DARUM Labs level. All refund requests must be directed to the appropriate product entity or payment processor.
