Acceptable Use Policy

Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy defines prohibited uses of DARUM Labs systems. DARUM GROUP LLC reserves the right to investigate, monitor, and enforce compliance with this policy.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use DARUM Labs systems for any of the following purposes:
Illegal Activity
- Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
- Facilitating, promoting, or engaging in criminal activity
- Unauthorized access to computer systems or networks
- Theft of intellectual property or trade secrets
Harmful Content
- Creating, distributing, or promoting content that is obscene, defamatory, or harassing
- Content that threatens, intimidates, or incites violence
- Content that exploits or endangers minors
- Hate speech or discrimination based on protected characteristics
Fraud and Deception
- Impersonation of individuals or organizations
- Phishing, social engineering, or other deceptive practices
- Fraudulent transactions or financial schemes
- Misrepresentation of identity or credentials
AI System Misuse
- Using AI outputs to create fraudulent, defamatory, or harmful content
- Bypassing AI safety mechanisms or guardrails
- Attempting to extract, reverse-engineer, or manipulate AI models
- Using AI systems to generate content for illegal purposes
- Distributing AI-generated content without appropriate disclosure
System Abuse
- Unauthorized access or attempts to breach system security
- Denial-of-service (DoS) attacks or resource exhaustion
- Malware distribution or injection
- Scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction without authorization
- Interfering with system performance or availability for other users
Privacy Violations
- Collecting or processing personal data without consent
- Violating third-party privacy rights
- Unauthorized surveillance or monitoring
- Sharing confidential information without authorization
Intellectual Property Infringement
- Uploading or distributing copyrighted material without authorization
- Trademark infringement or brand impersonation
- Patent infringement
- Plagiarism or unauthorized use of third-party content
Enforcement and Consequences
DARUM GROUP LLC may, at its sole discretion:
- Suspend or terminate your access to DARUM Labs systems
- Remove or disable prohibited content
- Report violations to law enforcement
- Pursue legal action to recover damages
- Cooperate with investigations by third parties
Enforcement is not limited to warnings. Violations may result in immediate termination of access without notice.
Monitoring and Investigation
We reserve the right to:
- Monitor system usage for compliance with this policy
- Investigate suspected violations
- Access, review, and retain user data as necessary for enforcement
- Cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities
Reporting Violations
If you discover a violation of this policy, please report it to:
support@darumgroup.com
Include:
- Description of the violation
- User or account involved (if known)
- Date and time of the violation
- Any supporting evidence or documentation
No Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision of this policy does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
Modifications
DARUM GROUP LLC may modify this policy at any time. Continued use of DARUM Labs systems constitutes acceptance of modifications.
